Brooklyn, NY (August 24, 2024) --- Brooklyn Dance Conservatory is excited to share that we have moved to 497 Carroll St. and are now open for drop-in, trial, and placement classes this month. This is a major milestone for the dance studio, which was established in 2019 by founder, Allegra Glinsky.

“I’m thrilled to continue sharing my joy of dance with students in this beautiful, brand-new space,” says Allegra. “The new studio is flooded with natural light that creates a cheerful, upbeat environment for the students and their families. We have considered every aspect of the experience in the design of the studio to make it welcoming and accessible to everyone.”The studio is in an elevator-equipped building and features 10-foot windows with tall ceilings creating a bright environment that inspires creativity. The studio space has sprung flooring and 8 foot mirrors.

Brooklyn Dance Conservatory’s team of professionals teach exceptional dance technique while encouraging students to explore their own creativity and move with confidence. BKDC provides classes starting at age 1, giving confident walkers the ability to explore the beginnings of dance through imaginative play. As students grow, they have the option to study ballet and/or hip-hop, modern dance, jazz and tap dance, and they may also choose to advance their training to the pre-professional level.

The 2024/25 performance program will begin in October, 2024. Registration is now open for the upcoming school year and classes are filling quickly. Sign up soon to hold your spot!
